Johnny Yorga

Johnny Yorga is a Professional Counseling Associate based in Portland, Oregon, passionate about helping men navigate their journey with problematic sexual behavior. He provides compassionate and effective support for individuals dealing with trauma and intimacy issues.

Johnny holds Master’s degrees from Western Seminary in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and from Multnomah Biblical Seminary in Biblical Studies. He is also trained as an Associate Sex Addiction Therapist with the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals. This unique blend of theology and psychology allows him to integrate clinical expertise with biblical insights, creating a holistic approach to therapy that addresses both the clinical and spiritual aspects of his clients' journeys.

Though he specializes in addressing issues related to porn addiction, Johnny works with clients on whatever brings them into session. He enjoys a flexible and curious style of therapy that allows his clients to explore aspects of themselves they may have never considered before. He strives to create an environment where clients can learn, grow, and achieve lasting change.

Beyond his professional work, Johnny is an advocate for mental health awareness within the faith community. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, smoking meats, and connecting with family and friends.
