People often come to therapy because something in their life isn’t working the way they want it to. Patterns of thinking or behavior that once helped them cope can begin to create distress or limit their sense of freedom. Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand these patterns, and begin making changes that feel meaningful. I am especially interested in working with clients struggling with anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, addictions, and compulsive behaviors. Before completing my Master’s in Applied Clinical Psychology at Pacific University in 2025, I spent two years as a Crisis Intervention Specialist supporting people through difficult moments in their lives.

My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), along with mindfulness-based approaches. In therapy, I aim to bring a warm, thoughtful, and steady presence to the room.

Outside therapy, I enjoy spending time in nature, exploring wetlands and nature reserves. I also enjoy reading, writing, finding new music, and weightlifting.
