Fee Schedule  & Insurance Informantion

• Initial Assessment – LPC: $250/60-90 minutes, PCA $160/60-90 minutes, Intern $50/60-90 minutes. If covered by insurance, you are responsible for your copay/coinsurance/deductible etc. If our first meeting is solely to assess whether group counseling is a good fit for you at this time, this can also be covered by insurance, in which case you are responsible for copay etc. If you pay out of pocket for this group-only assessment, your fee is $65.

  Assessment updates may be performed if necessary.

  Individual Therapy – LPC: $195/50 minutes, PCA: $135/50 minutes, Interns: $50/50 minutes These appointments are recurring weekly, every other week, or monthly, as clinically indicated and agreed upon by the client and therapist.

  Group Therapy - $65/90-120 minutes. Groups are offered weekly, on an ongoing basis. Members are asked to commit to 3 months at a time, and may participate longer if appropriate. Missing more than 3 groups in a 3 month period may result in being removed from the group.

  Cash-pay group clients are offered $15 off, for a fee of $50 per group session.

  Client’s paying monthly are offered an additional $5 off, resulting in a monthly fee equivalent to $45 per group session.

  Clinical Individual Supervision - $85 post Graduate, $70 current student/60 minutes.

  Clinical Group Supervision - $50/60-90 minute group session.

  Several of NPC counselors are also trained as Certified Sex Addiction Therapists(CSAT). When working with a CSAT, for sex/porn addiction recovery work, we utilize a Task Model which includes a series of assessment measures and workbooks. You the client are responsible for the costs of the materials, as well as any time devoted to analysis of assessment measures. Specific costs of assessment measures are as followed and will be discussed prior to administration:

  -Sexual Dependency Inventory(SDI) - $100

  -Post-traumatic Stress Inventory(PTSI) - $100

  -Money and Work Adaptive Styles Index(MAWASI) - $100

  -Inventory for Partner Attachment, Stress, and Trauma(IPAST) - $100

  Fees are in addition to one hour of your clinician’s time for review and analysis. All fees related to specialized assessments are cash only.

  Full Disclosure Sessions.

  In the course of recovery work, most couples choose to participate in a Full Disclosure session, Impact Session, and Emotional Restitution Session. Given the sensitive nature of the content covered in these sessions, these are given a generous and flexible amount of time, perhaps several hours. Further, in order to help you prepare for Full Disclosure, often the counselor devote significant time outside of session to review your written work. Finally, insurance does not cover this type of session.

  Therefore, Disclosure Sessions are $300 per hour block, may only be conducted in person, and must be paid for out of pocket at the time of session.

  If requested or required to appear in court on behalf of a client, NPC’s court fee is $500 per day and is the responsibility of the client, to be paid prior to court appearance.

  Case Management work shall be billed at $25/quarter hour. This includes writing letters, submitting reports, providing written correspondence to other providers, transmitting records to other providers, FMLA paperwork (unless we do it together in session), or other written and correspondence tasks.

*Typical session rhythm is every other week.  Other arrangements may be made if needed.
